Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ghawazi mobile application ("Ghawazi", "the
app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the app.
1. What Ghawazi is
Ghawazi is an independent personal expense-tracking utility. It helps you
record, organize, and understand your own spending.
- Ghawazi does not move money and cannot make payments or transfers.
- Ghawazi is not a bank and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
operated by any bank or financial institution. Bank names appear only to help you
organize your own records.
- Ghawazi does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the data you enter or import and for keeping your device secure.
- You must use the app only for your own lawful, personal record-keeping.
- You are responsible for any account credentials you use with the app.
3. Parsing accuracy — no warranty
Ghawazi reads bank messages and statements using automated parsing and, optionally, AI. This is
provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy. Parsed amounts, dates,
merchants, balances, and categories may be incomplete or incorrect.
You are responsible for verifying all figures against your bank's own records
before relying on them.
4. Subscriptions, lifetime, and billing
- Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple
(App Store / StoreKit).
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings, not
within the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase (it is not a subscription and
does not auto-renew).
- Prices may change for future purchase periods; any change is shown before you confirm.
- Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our services.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
loss, or for any financial decision made in reliance on data shown in the app.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
Ghawazi is built for Oman and the wider MENA region.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat
have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them.

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لتطبيق غوازي للهواتف المحمولة ("غوازي"، "التطبيق"،
"نحن"). بتنزيلك التطبيق أو استخدامه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
١. ما هو غوازي
غوازي أداة مستقلة لتتبّع المصروفات الشخصية. يساعدك على تسجيل إنفاقك وتنظيمه
وفهمه.
- غوازي لا يُحرّك الأموال ولا يستطيع تنفيذ مدفوعات أو تحويلات.
- غوازي ليس بنكاً وليس تابعاً لأي بنك أو مؤسسة مالية ولا معتمَداً من
قِبَلها ولا مُشغَّلاً منها. وتظهر أسماء البنوك فقط لمساعدتك على تنظيم سجلاتك الخاصة.
- لا يقدّم غوازي أيَّ استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية.
٢. مسؤولياتك
- أنت مسؤول عن البيانات التي تُدخلها أو تستوردها وعن الحفاظ على أمان جهازك.
- عليك استخدام التطبيق لأغراض حفظ سجلاتك الشخصية المشروعة فقط.
- أنت مسؤول عن أيِّ بيانات اعتماد حساب تستخدمها مع التطبيق.
٣. دقة التحليل — دون ضمان
يقرأ غوازي رسائل البنك وكشوف الحسابات عبر تحليل آلي، واختيارياً عبر الذكاء الاصطناعي. ويُقدَّم
ذلك "كما هو" دون أيِّ ضمان للدقة. وقد تكون المبالغ والتواريخ وأسماء التجّار
والأرصدة والفئات المُحلَّلة ناقصة أو غير صحيحة. أنت مسؤول عن التحقّق من جميع الأرقام
مقابل سجلات بنكك الرسمية قبل الاعتماد عليها.
٤. الاشتراكات والشراء الدائم والفوترة
- تُقدَّم الميزات المدفوعة على هيئة اشتراكات ذاتية التجديد تُحصَّل عبر Apple (متجر
التطبيقات / StoreKit).
- يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِه قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة
الحالية.
- تُدير الاشتراكات وتُلغيها من إعدادات حساب متجر التطبيقات، لا من داخل
التطبيق. وحذف التطبيق لا يُلغي الاشتراك.
- خيار الشراء الدائم عملية شراء لمرة واحدة (وليس اشتراكاً ولا يتجدّد تلقائياً).
- قد تتغيّر الأسعار لفترات الشراء المستقبلية؛ ويُعرَض أيُّ تغيير قبل تأكيدك.
- تتولّى Apple المدفوعات والاستردادات ونزاعات الفوترة وفق شروط Apple.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول
- لا تُجرِ هندسة عكسية للتطبيق أو خدماته ولا تُعِد بيعها ولا تُسئ استخدامها.
- لا تحاول تعطيل خدماتنا أو إثقالها أو الوصول إليها دون تصريح.
٦. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توافره" دون أيِّ ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، إلى أقصى
حدٍّ يسمح به القانون. وإلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون المعمول به، فإننا لسنا مسؤولين عن أيِّ
خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرَضية أو تبعية، ولا عن أيِّ قرار مالي يُتَّخذ اعتماداً على البيانات
المعروضة في التطبيق.
٧. تغييرات هذه الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط. وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية عبر تحديث تاريخ السريان. ويعني استمرارك في
الاستخدام بعد التحديث قبولك للشروط المعدَّلة.
٨. القانون الحاكم
صُمِّم غوازي لسلطنة عُمان ولمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا الأوسع.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وتختصّ محاكم مسقط دون غيرها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها
أو يتعلق بها.
